4. Payment & Billing

Fees, billing schedules, and payment methods will be detailed in your agreement with us. Invoices are typically issued on a monthly basis or according to milestones.

  • Payment is due on the date indicated on the invoice.
  • Late payments can lead to suspended services or delayed deliverables.
  • We do not provide refunds for services already completed or in progress.
  • Clients who want to cancel services need to inform us in writing at least 30 days prior.

In cases of billing discrepancies, clients must contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. Filing chargebacks without notice may incur administrative fees and account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All campaign assets, ad materials, copy, designs, strategies, and other deliverables are the intellectual property of The Scale Agency until payment in full is made. Once final payment is made, clients can use the work subject to agreed terms.

Clients are not allowed to reuse, resell, or redistribute our work in any way without written permission. The Scale Agency has the right to display finished work in our portfolio unless otherwise specified.

6. Service Expectations & Limitations

Although we strive to produce the best possible outcomes, The Scale Agency is not able to guarantee certain outcomes like keyword positions, precise conversion rates, or revenue growth.   • Indirect financial loss or reputational impact

Our liability under any agreement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months prior to the issue.

We often work with third-party providers such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, hosting platforms, and analytics tools. While we monitor performance and compliance closely, we are not responsible for policy changes, service outages, or technical errors originating from these platforms.

We hold our work and partnerships to high ethical standards. We do not support or engage in campaigns that promote:

  • False advertising or deceptive practices
  • Discrimination, hate speech, or illegal content
  • Products or services that violate local or international laws

Violating these standards may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.
